    Order delays can occur due to high demand, customs processing, or unexpected shipping disruptions. We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days, but please allow additional time during holidays or promotional periods.

    To cancel an order, please contact our support team at hello@nailsupply.co as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for shipping. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

    If you need to make changes to your order (such as updating the shipping address or product quantity), email us at hello@nailsupply.co within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t been shipped.

    Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can also log into your account on nailsupply.co to view your order status and tracking information.

    To request a refund, email us at hello@nailsupply.co with your order number and reason for return. Refunds are issued for unused items returned in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
