1. Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery if:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
The product is not excluded (e.g., perishable goods, hygiene items, or clearance products).
To request a return, email us at hello@nailsupply.co with your order number and reason for return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Email hello@nailsupply.co with your order number and a photo of the item to request an exchange.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost return packages.
